Every Harleen Kaur piece starts with a vision, just as the VIVIANNA Set did. Designed for the bride who wants to feel graceful, modern, and unmistakably radiant, the Vivianna is an Indian bridal lehenga reimagined through a contemporary lens.

With intricate hand-embroidery, sustainable materials, and a silhouette that flows with grace, this set truly brings our design philosophy to life: where beauty, intention, and craft move as one.

When Harleen began dreaming up this look, her goal was simple: create something ethereal and modern — a lehenga that felt bridal, yet unexpected.

Partially inspired by a soft, minimal piece of artwork by Serifa, the set was born from a desire to give brides an option that felt light in color, spirit, and construction while still delivering the drama and intricacy of traditional South Asian bridal wear.

At every angle, you’ll notice the VIVIANNA sparkles in a way that just feels different. Instead of traditional plastic sequins, the set features a more sustainable option — metal sequins.

Vivianna’s silhouette is somewhat of a classic but the embroidery, a mix of metal sequins, glass beads and organza flowers adds a modern twist. Each hand-embroidered organza flower blooms gently with every step, while the metal sequin flowers create a soft whisper as you move. 

The garment’s panels are all hand-embroidered in Kolkata, India and then shipped to New York where our team sews each piece together. Each panel is carefully aligned, sewn, and finished by hand. Additional embroidery is meticulously applied by hand to after the garment is fully constructed, ensuring a beautifully finished design. 

 

As with all Harleen Kaur pieces, the set is produced ethically and locally right here in NYC, by skilled seamstresses who understand both our vision and the art of bridal wear.

While the runway version of Vivianna glows in its original ivory, white and metallic palette, the piece is customizable. Brides can choose whether to personalize the color, fit, top style, as long as it’s within our aesthetic.

This bridal dream set embodies everything we believe bridal wear should be: timeless, intentional, unique and responsibly made. Vivianna honors our roots, while thoughtfully pushing the boundaries of what the modern bride can look like.
