Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking. All made-to-order pieces will ship out 2-12 weeks from your date of purchase. All ready-to-ship items, including nail polish will be sent out in 3-5 business days.

Our shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and DHL. Standard shipping is free with any purchase over $300. Standard shipping transit time is 2-5 business days. All shipping fees will be quoted in the shopping cart before finalizing your order. 


If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email info@harleenkaur.us and we will do our best to accommodate. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit. In this event please contact the carrier with your tracking number for any special delivery requests.

We strongly recommend adding signature for orders valued over $500, or opting for shipping insurance at checkout with Route. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.  If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route.  Once your package leaves our possession, we are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. We strongly recommend that you add Route insurance to your order at checkout to ensure that your full order value is protected in the event your package is lost, damaged or stolen while in transit. If you choose to remove that from your cart, or choose not to ask us to add any insurance to your package, we are not liable and all clams should be made with the carrier used. 
 
INTERNATIONAL
The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email info@harleenkaur.us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please kindly note that we cannot accommodate resize requests for international customers.
