Ivory are handcrafted in Portugal from all vegan materials. Upper crafted from mix of cotton and synthetic polyamide.

    Jet Black and Saddle Brown Leather are handcrafted in Portugal from high quality and supple leather.

    Sizing

    We hope you wear Joots any way you want, however they were designed with the intention to be sockless slip-on shoes inspired by the traditional shoes commonly found in India and South Asia. The toe box will feel snug at first and will expand over a couple wears as they break in and mold to your feet. We know all feet are different, so we’ve also included additional items with each pair to customize your fit:

    • Two removable inserts of different thickness to add or remove room inside the shoe
    • Heel lift for extra height boost and support
    • Adhesive padding to avoid rubbing against back of heel

     

    Sizing recommendations

    Joots run true to size, so here's what we recommend:

    Leather Joots (brown and black)

    • For a snug fit that breaks in and molds to your foot, order the size you typically wear and the leather will stretch over time with wear. If you are usually in between two half sizes, we recommend the larger size.
    • For a roomier fit, go with a half size up and use a combination of the inserts to figure out what works for you.

    Vegan fabric Joots (white)

    • The fabric material does not stretch as much as the leather, so if you are in between sizes we recommend the half size larger.

    Do you have a return policy?

    Only FULL PRICE ready-to-ship items are eligible for returns or exchanges; made-to-order items and samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

    Do you have a store?

    We do have a showroom in NYC located at 264 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018. We are generally by appointment only, but do take a limited amount of walk-ins. You may book an appointment for our showroom.

    Do you offer rush delivery?

    Yes! Since all of our garments are produced in New York City, we can offer rush production on most pieces. On eligible made-to-order items, you'll see a Rush Production option right on the product page — select your timeline (2–4 weeks or 1–2 weeks) and add the item to cart. You'll see a line for the garment you're ordering in addition to the rush production fee in your cart which means that item will be rushed. For pieces without the on-page option, or if you need something in under a week, mention your date in the notes section of your order or email us at info@harleenkaur.us and we'll confirm what's possible along with any rush fee.
