Do you have a return policy?

Only FULL PRICE ready-to-ship items are eligible for returns or exchanges; made-to-order items and samples are final sale and cannot be returned. Please see our full return policy for more information. Please consult the Sizing Chart before placing your order to ensure you are getting the correct size. You may also Contact Us with any additional questions before you place your order.

We do have a showroom in NYC located at 264 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018. We are generally by appointment only, but do take a limited amount of walk-ins. You may book an appointment for our showroom.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes! Since all of our garments are produced in New York City, we can offer rush production on most pieces. On eligible made-to-order items, you'll see a Rush Production option right on the product page — select your timeline (2–4 weeks or 1–2 weeks) and add the item to cart. You'll see a line for the garment you're ordering in addition to the rush production fee in your cart which means that item will be rushed. For pieces without the on-page option, or if you need something in under a week, mention your date in the notes section of your order or email us at info@harleenkaur.us and we'll confirm what's possible along with any rush fee.
