Our NYC team will take in your existing waistband for a precise fit, or remove it entirely and construct a new one to your measurements — the right choice when sizing down significantly or when the original waistband can’t be altered cleanly.

Select the option that matches your piece’s embellishment — from unembellished fabrics to fully hand-beaded work, which we carefully deconstruct and re-finish by hand when needed. 

How it works: place your order, then drop your piece off at our Manhattan showroom or ship it to us. We’ll confirm your new measurements, pricing, complete the alteration in NYC’s garment district, and return your piece to you.

Do you have a return policy?

Only FULL PRICE ready-to-ship items are eligible for returns or exchanges; made-to-order items and samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you have a store?

We do have a showroom in NYC located at 264 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018. We are generally by appointment only, but do take a limited amount of walk-ins. You may book an appointment for our showroom.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes! Since all of our garments are produced in New York City, we can offer rush production on most pieces. On eligible made-to-order items, you'll see a Rush Production option right on the product page — select your timeline (2–4 weeks or 1–2 weeks) and add the item to cart. You'll see a line for the garment you're ordering in addition to the rush production fee in your cart which means that item will be rushed. For pieces without the on-page option, or if you need something in under a week, mention your date in the notes section of your order or email us at info@harleenkaur.us and we'll confirm what's possible along with any rush fee.
